Refund & Return Policy – SSKE
Thank you for shopping at sske.info. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
• Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
• In the original packaging (if applicable)
• With all tags and accessories attached
Non-returnable items include:
• Downloadable products/services
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom products (unless defective)
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note: Bank / payment provider processing times may vary.
3. Exchange
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns — sske.info is not responsible for lost return packages.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team at info.sske2012@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will evaluate the request and, if approved, provide return instructions and offer a refund or replacement.
6. Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, orders cannot be cancelled if already shipped.
