Shipping Charges

Our shipping charges are designed to provide convenient and transparent delivery options for our customers.

  • Prepaid orders: Free shipping.
  • Shipping charges may vary for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders according to the total shipment weight.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders. COD shipping charges are calculated according to the total weight of the shipment.

  • Below 500 g: ₹70 shipping charge.
  • Up to 1 kg: ₹135 shipping charge.
  • Above 1 kg: ₹175 shipping charge.

The applicable COD shipping charge will be shown during the checkout process before you place your order.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, our team begins processing and preparing your order for dispatch.

We carefully check and hygienically pack our products before handing them over to the delivery partner.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, subject to product availability and order verification.

During festivals, promotional periods, weekends, or public holidays, order processing and dispatch may take additional time.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery time may vary depending on your delivery location and the courier service.

Generally, orders may be delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery to remote or less accessible locations may require additional time.

SSKE provides delivery services to customers across India, subject to the serviceability of the delivery address.

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photographs of the package and products received.

We will review the matter and assist you according to our applicable return and refund policy.
